- Facilitate communication with customers and build long-term relationships to achieve business goals
- Set and monitor targets for key account managers
- Network with key customers to identify and address specific needs
- Playing an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients
- Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams ensuring clients requirements are met
- Identify and attract prospective strategic customers
- Ensure brand consistency
- Negotiate contracts
- Collect and analyze sales data and trends
- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings, according to company standards
- Liaise with Sales and Marketing departments to set and implement strategies for new products
- Stay up-to-date with internal and external developments and suggest new ways to increase sales
- Manage or participate in Cross-Functional Targets
- BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven work experience (2-3 years minimum) in key account management
- Solid experience in sales and customer service
- Previous experience in negotiations of trading terms, promotional grids and PI implementation on a national level is a prerequisite
- Demonstrable experience in negotiating and meeting clients requirements
- In-depth understanding of sales performance metrics
- Hands on experience with MS Excel
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate team members
- Availability to travel as needed
