- Supervise all branch activities, including training schedules, staff performance, and learner support.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation and company requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of training interventions, assessments, and moderation processes.
- Support external moderation applications and manage the renewal/extension processes for assessors, moderators, and the company.
- Assist with operational and logistical requirements.
- Lead and support a team of facilitators, assessors, and administrative staff.
- Supervise office staff and oversee daily operations to maintain an organized and professional environment.
- Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs.
- Track & record staff attendance and leave.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Handle client queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Represent the branch at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Evaluate learner and facilitator feedback and report.
- Assist in marketing and promotional activities.
- Prepare proposals and quotations for potential clients.
- Implement and monitor processes to ensure compliance with accreditation and company policies and procedures.
- Assist the business manager with administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
- Monitor branch budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.
- Ensure cost-effective operations.
- Process weekly payment requests and maintain accurate financial records.
- Generate client invoices and statements.
- Proven experience in a similar operational and/or administrative role, preferably within the training or education sector.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in business management, education, or a related field.
- Minimum intermediate computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Teams).
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Familiarity with the SETAS & QCTO processes will be advantageous.
