This role is about more than sales its about curating meaningful experiences, guiding clients through their special moments, and representing a brand built on excellence and timeless elegance.Key Responsibilities· Client Experience Welcome each client with warmth, listen attentively to their needs, and create lasting relationships through personalised service.· Sales Excellence Present and style jewellery with expertise, guiding clients confidently from selection to purchase while achieving individual and team goals.· Product Expertise Stay well-informed on diamonds, gemstones, craftsmanship, and emerging trends to inspire and educate clients.· Presentation & Merchandising Ensure displays reflect the brands luxury standards while assisting with stock management and replenishment.· Seamless Operations Process sales, exchanges, and after-care services accurately and efficiently.· After-Sales Care Provide guidance on jewellery care, maintenance, and bespoke services such as resizing or custom designs.About You· Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.· Sales-focused with a proven ability to achieve targets.· Detail-oriented and meticulous in presentation and service.· Passionate about fine jewellery and luxury craftsmanship.· Professional, adaptable, and client-focused in every interaction.· Minimum of a high school diploma; retail or luxury sales experience is highly valued.· Additional studies or certifications are a plus.If interested send CV to Ashleigh via e-mail at
