The company is expanding and values consultative sales and client-focused solutions.You will convert pre-qualified B2B leads into signed contracts, conducting discovery sessions and needs assessments with decision-makers across HR, operations, and procurement. Present tailored SaaS or turnkey transport solutions, collaborate with internal teams to build proposals, manage the full sales cycle from pitch to close, maintain CRM records, provide feedback, and represent the company at client meetings and industry events.Job Experience and Skills Required:
  • 37 years B2B sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to tailor solutions to client needs.
  • Experience in SaaS, transport, logistics, fleet management, or service-based industries.
  • Skilled in long-cycle enterprise sales, managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficient with CRMs, digital sales tools, and presentation platforms; valid drivers license required.
