What We’re Looking For:Proven experience in internal sales – minimum 2 years.Solid background in the building materials or construction industry (essential).Strong communicator with a friendly and professional phone manner.Male candidates preferred for operational needs.Proficient in MS Excel, emails, and general admin tasks.Self-motivated, team-oriented, and takes ownership.Comfortable working in a structured, phone-based sales environment.Own reliable transport and a valid driver’s license required.? Key Responsibilities:Manage internal sales and service for high-volume customer accounts.Liaise with clients via telephone, email, and in-person meetings.Accurately maintain sales records and follow up on leads.Participate in alternate Saturday/Public Holiday shifts and lock-up duties.Deliver exceptional service with a focus on client satisfaction.Collaborate closely with the external sales team to meet targets.?
