Our client is in search of a Sage System Implementations Consultant to take on the role of Business Unit Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing billable resources, ensuring project delivery excellence, optimising team performance, and driving revenue growth through strategic client engagement and operational efficiencyManage and allocate billable resources across ERP (Accounting & Finance) and HR & Payroll projects
Oversee timesheet compliance and utilisation tracking
Conduct resource planning and ensure optimal resource allocation
Monitor consultant productivity and ensure alignment with business goals
Support pre-sales activities including scoping, solution design, and proposal development
Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholdersQualification:
