- Proven experience as an Insurance Business Development Manager or similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office and business software
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong strategic and business mindset.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing
- Familiarity with the insurance industry.
- At least 8 years in the insurance industry
- Ability to travel for client meetings.
- Attention to detail.
- Proven sales and marketing skills
