The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, administration, or call centre environments and will play a vital role in resolving customer queries, maintaining accurate records, and driving brand engagement-particularly within the informal sector. Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 1-2 years' experience in a call centre, customer service, or administrative role Fluency in Amharic, Arabic, and English (essential) Experience working within or engaging the informal market (advantageous) Strong customer service orientation Conflict resolution and interpersonal skills Excellent verbal and written communication Planning, prioritisation, and time management skills Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping Ability to work independently and under pressure Self-motivated and proactive Brand awareness and ability to promote effectively Strong administration skills.
