Our client is seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing and overseeing BI, AI, and ML strategies while managing a team of outsourced analysts. This role requires a forward-thinking individual who can transform data into actionable insights that drive business performance, innovation, and efficienciesRequirements:

1–2 years’ experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, AI, or Machine Learning.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
Experience in managing outsourced teams or service providers (advantageous).
Familiarity with BI tools and enabling technologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and oversee BI, AI, and ML strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage and coordinate a team of outsourced data analysts.
Lead and manage outsourcing requirements, agreements, and external service providers.
Ensure data is efficiently leveraged to support decision-making, performance tracking, and business growth.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI and ML can create efficiencies and innovation.
Oversee the effective use of related technologies and systems to enable data-driven solutions.
