- Action and finalize queries within set SLAs
- Claims at medical schemes and gap cover
- General product-provider queries
- General client maintenance queries
- Ensure that advisors and clients are fully updated on progress of queries or requests
- Log all queries on internal system
- Utilize provider platforms where necessary
- Book out administration tasks to the client service team (claims; pre-authorisation; changes on membership; client education; etc.)
- Book out new business tasks to the new business team (new applications; addition of dependents; removal of dependents anything that influences the monthly contribution.)
- Effectively handle billing queries
- Refer escalated queries to the respective team leaders
- Liaise with broker consultants or service consultants to arrange Wellness Days
- Liaise with the respective Specialist Healthcare Advisor to arrange induction days
- Liaise with service providers to arrange training for HR, on online portals or service channels
- Provide HR with marketing material, when requested. Brochures, flyers, videos, etc.
- Request billing statements
- Ensure that marketing keeps to due dates/deadlines.
- Do follow ups prior to communication going out, to ensure that it is executed.
- Ensure that the approved communication goes out.
- Check in with marketing to ensure that social media platforms are updated weekly.
- Refer all marketing related queries to relevant people.
- Effectively follow the documented process for issuing agreements.
- Open a task and note all actions, until process is complete.
- Ensure that signed agreement is returned by advisor.
- Ensure that the commission template is created.
- Ensure that referral agreement register is kept up to date.
- Ensure that the referring advisor is aware of and understands processes and procedures.
- Ensure that a specialist healthcare advisor is allocated and that an introduction is done.
- Assist with scheduling of appointments, as and when requested.
- Refer commission template fixes to the New Business team.
