ð¤ Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, deadlines, and budget constraints.
ð Identifying and mitigating project risks, while ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
ð Preparing and reviewing project proposals, contracts, and documentation.
ð§ Conducting site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and adherence to specifications.
ð Maintaining detailed project documentation and facilitating communication among stakeholders.
ð¡ Identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost savings, and providing recommendations to senior management.To excel in this role, you'll need:ð A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, along with professional certifications and registrations (ECSA/SACPQSP, SACPCMP, PMI).
ð§ Five years of experience in project management within the construction industry, including large-scale projects.
ð¼ Strong technical expertise in construction or engineering, as well as proficiency in project management software and tools.
ð Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
ð¥ï¸ Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
