Our client is a leading medication adherence company offering services to pharmacies in South Africa. The Key Account Manager will develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote solutions to pharmacies.Minimum Requirements:
- University degree in a related field.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of at least 3 years in sales.
- Own car and valid driver’s license.
- Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and proactively.
- Proficient in using virtual communication tools for remote collaboration.
- Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers in pharmacies.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively presenting our solutions, benefits, and value propositions.
- Travel extensively to visit pharmacy clients and potential clients.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with pharmacists, pharmacy owners, and key stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and support for pharmacy clients.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and related insights.
- Utilize data and feedback to improve sales strategies and approaches continuously.
