Our client is seeking a B2B Business Development. The B2B Development Manager will play a crucial role indriving business growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while managing strategic business partnerships with identified key players. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and enhancing the brand presence in the market.Responsibilities:Develop and execute key business development strategy. This includes understanding brief, generating ideas, conducting research, developing strategies, and generating business plans for presentation and execution.Identify and pursue potential business partnership opportunities to expand market reach and increase customer base. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the market landscape and competitor activities.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective B2B clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their expectations.Negotiate and finalize agreements and contracts with B2B clients. Includes drafting proposals of financial model, agreements and commercial terms.Collaborate with internal departments, to ensure seamless execution of B2B initiatives.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to effectively communicate our value proposition and secure new business.Prepare detailed reports on partnership activities, revenue generation and other relevant metrics. Presentation and reporting back to exco level on these elements.Develop and implement key performance indicators to measure the success of partnerships. Regularly analyze partnership performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.Stay up to date with industry developments, B2B best practices, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.Key Skills:Focused and outcomes-based personality.The job holder must be pro-active and have excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills.They must be able to work on their own initiative and to be accountable for their work performance.They must work well as part of the Weylandts team.Stakeholder management.This position requires a hands-on, determined, responsive, engaging and dynamic personality to ensure all accountabilities are achieved on time.Excellent motivational and communication skills are also required as is a positive, can-do attitude.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.8- 10 years experience in development & customer relationship management preferably in a similar industry.Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex B2B sales cycles.
