
Arthroplasty Sales Representative

- Analyze current and potential usage of products within the customer base.
- Make regular contact with a targeted list of customers, with monthly product discussions.
- Implement strategic and tactical plans developed by the marketing teams.
- Assist customers in the theatre when required.
- Manage relationships with support staff, including theatre staff and assistants.
- Educate medical professionals on the correct application and usage of products.
- Set and implement sales strategies and plans.
- Relevant Diploma or Bachelor's Degree. A Sales and Marketing Diploma/Degree is advantageous.
- 2-3 years of Arthroplasty sales experience is advantageous.
- Proven experience in a similar position and theatre experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of the medical device industry, relevant procedures, and the hospital environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office packages.
- Must have a reliable car.
- Demonstrated ability to learn product information.
- Proven ability to manage relationships and networks effectively.
- Possess strong personal attributes such as a strong work ethic, customer focus, and ethical behavior.
