Customer collections clerk (dispatch/warehouse admin) (AFRIKAANS)

• Dispatches stock to customers by verifying orders; invoicing stock; arranging delivery method. (Courier or delivery) were applicable.
• Keeps sales informed by forwarding notice of order status, and waybill information.
• Do end of day reports daily (where applicable).
• Receiving cash on COD orders (where applicable).
• Responsible for cash float (where applicable).
• Communicate waiting orders with relevant departments.
• Ensure correct goods are dispatched to correct customers.
• Ensure correct quantities are dispatched.
• Check goods are in good condition (not damaged).
• Check payment received before dispatching for COD accounts.
• Assist in quarter stock take and variance checking.
• Work together with pickers to complete orders.
• General upkeep and cleaning of dispatch area.
• Complete additional instructions given by line manager.
• Mailing waybill, batch file and day end daily.
• Discuss any challenges and concerns with line manager.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
