We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning & Development Manager to lead, design, and deliver our L&D programmes. This role will oversee the full training lifecycle-from needs analysis and content creation to facilitation and evaluation-ensuring our employees are equipped with the skills to excel. The successful candidate will work on-site in Durban and play a strategic role in shaping our organisational learning culture.Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Learning & Development function, aligning training initiatives with business objectives.
- Design, develop, and implement leadership development programmes.
- Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) and instructional design processes.
- Facilitate engaging training sessions for various levels of the organisation.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify skills gaps and recommend tailored solutions.
- Manage the evaluation of training programmes to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement.
- Lead and mentor the L&D team, fostering innovation and professional growth.
- Proven experience in Leadership Development.
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems and Instructional Design.
- Strong skills in Training Facilitation and Instructional Delivery.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum of 2 years in a management or Head of Department role within L&D.
- Ability to work on-site in Durban.
