- Develop and maintain a robust network design and architecture aligned with the organization's business objectives.
- Provide comprehensive documentation for the network design, including diagrams, configurations, and rationale for design decisions.
- Define, deliver, and support strategic plans for the implementation of information technologies to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
- Oversee the implementation of network solutions, including hardware, software, and configurations.
- Ensure regular maintenance and updates to keep the network infrastructure secure and up-to-date.
- Implement and manage security measures to protect the organization's network from cyber threats.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and address vulnerabilities.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts to quickly identify and resolve network outages or performance degradation.
- Provide IT technical and IT services management to support other group entities.
- Recommend information technology strategies, policies, and procedures based on organization outcomes, problem identification, trend evaluation, and anticipated requirements.
- Manage security across all aspects of the business user base.
- Strong leadership skills to guide and coordinate infrastructure projects.
- Ability to adapt to changing technology landscapes and evolving infrastructure needs.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate), CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional), or other industry-recognized certifications in networking and security.
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure coordination and management.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of network architecture and landscapes.
- Proficiency in network design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of networking protocols, hardware, and software.
- Familiarity with IT governance controls and security management.
- Experience in resource planning using outsourced service providers.
- Proficiency in planning, implementing, and maintaining IT infrastructure.
- Strong project management skills to coordinate and oversee infrastructure projects.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address infrastructure issues and challenges.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and departments.
