This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven professional with strong operations and managerial experience to oversee multiple sites, ensure client satisfaction, and drive operational excellence.DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple client sites (industrial facilities and shopping malls).
- Manage and motivate operational teams to deliver consistent, high-quality cleaning and landscaping services.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor budgets, resources, and service levels to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Report on operational performance and implement process improvements where needed.
- Proven operations management experience in cleaning and/or landscaping services.
- Strong managerial and leadership skills with a focus on staff performance and client satisfaction.
- Valid driver’s license – company vehicle provided for operational duties.
- Computer literacy and strong administrative skills for reporting and communication.
- Excellent problem-solving, planning, and organizational abilities.
- R28,000 per month starting salary.
