- Collaborate with technical, service, and finance teams to ensure smooth delivery and rental arrangements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity within CRM or tracking tools.
- Attend product and sales training; stay updated with evolving service offerings.
- Voice & Telephony
- VoIP Phone Systems / Hosted PBX: Cloud-based telephone systems enabling smart call routing, voicemail-to-email, and remote extensions.
- Desk Phones: Professional-grade SIP phones from brands like Snom, Fanvil, Yealink, offering clear audio and simple setup.
- Softphone & Mobile Integration: Enables office lines on any device, anywhere.
- Call Recording & Reporting: Tools to track performance, quality control, and compliance.
- 3CX PBX Licensing: Professional and Enterprise tier licenses (e.g., 4-SC, 8-SC, 16-SC)—understand capacity and features.
- High-Speed Connectivity: Fibre, LTE, or microwave links for fast, reliable internet.
- Unified Communications (UC): Integrated presence, chat, voicemail-to-email, video conferencing, fax-to-email, with user-based scalability.
- Cloud PBX hosting—leveraging cloud infrastructure for telephony.
- Cost Efficiency Metrics: Ability to demonstrate up to an 80% reduction in phone bills.
- CRM Integration: Aligns sales, marketing, and customer support into one agile platform.
- Installation & Support: End-to-end deployment and maintenance, partnering with vendors like DFAfrica and 3CX.
