Production Team Leader

• Management of the production team
• Responsible for daily reports and taking required action when targets are not met.
• Manpower planning, station ergonomics
• Scrap management and quality supervision.
• knowledge and adherence to H&S/HR procedures and regulations
• Maintain exceptional housekeeping standards.
• Find ways to eliminate wastefulness in production process.
• Assist with WIP/Sorts

• Technical Diploma/Qualification
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Maths proficiency
• Advanced Excel skills
• Must be willing to work shifts.
