A local distribution business with an international customer footprint is seeking to employ a Junior Accountant in a permanent role, to be based in Somerset West, Cape Town.The Junior Accountant will assist the Financial Manager with general full cycle accounting and financial processing tasks, plus various other departmental administration responsibilities.The ideal applicant must be a multi-skilled individual with an exceptional eye for detail.Requirements

Tertiary qualification (Degree or Diploma preferred) in Finance or Accounting, or simular.
Min 1-year commercial accounting experience, ideally 3 years plus
Corporate accounting systems & software experience post qualification
Excellent Excel experience
High numerical accuracy & attention to detail
Good verbal and written communication skills
Team player
Own reliable transport
