ROLE:
  • Operational support Functional consulting Maintenance Support - Development
  • Monitoring
  • Rollout/go-live preparations
  • Analysis of issues arising from an operational, functional and maintenance point of view
  • Development of scripts and amendment of packages which includes python, bash, config files all formats
  • Database copies
  • Working on user stories
  • Curating user access and permissions concerning all environments
  • Interfacing with other teams concerning all aspects of WSS
  • Proper documentation concerning Testing using X-Ray
  • Capability to improve on current processes where required
  • Conduct Unit tests, Integration tests and System Integration security tests
  • Work rotation spans over morning, evening, and weekend shifts, also on public holidays
  • Provide general assistance to the Operations team and end users
  • Adhere to the PIC processes (Problem, Incident & Change Management
  • Perform daily operations tasks and end user support
  • Creation of pertinent test documentation
  • Enable end user knowledge transfer and training
