Stay informed re. market trends/consumer preferences/competitors/guide R&D/I.D. opportunities new fragrance/ flavour R&D/market trends/gaps from repertoire/craft tastes/scent/develop/implement R&D strategies/set olfactive/gustatory vision for assigned categories/clients. Work with Perfumers/Flavourists/ creative teams/develop innovative fragrance/flavour profiles/translate client briefs to olfactive/gustatory guidelines for R & D/manage multiple complex briefs from creation to execution/ensure timely delivery/ alignment client brief/rationalise fragrance/flavour combinations/adjust formulations to required RMC/ record. Partner with market specialists/QC/QA/Sales/technical teams/ensure alignment/effective R&D/ evaluate fragrance/flavour submissions/manage stability trials/troubleshoot with Lab. Mentor staff/share creative skills/set up training tests/samples for Creative Centre/QC/QA teams. Mngt raw/packaging materials storeroom/replenishment from suppliers/own factory/raw materials expiry/re-assessments/order monthly consumables for R & D.
