- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy to drive growth, profitability, and market share in Mozambiques agribusiness sector.
- Operational Oversight: Manage end-to-end operations, including production, supply chain, logistics, and distribution, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with local regulations.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and performance monitoring to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with government authorities, local communities, suppliers, and other key stakeholders to support business objectives.

- Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including product diversification and market penetration strategies.

- Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate operational, financial, and regulatory risks in the Mozambican market.

- Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of Mozambiques agricultural sector, regulatory environment, and market dynamics.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, P&L, and strategic investments.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
