- Degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a relevant qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in adhesives, construction chemicals, or a related industry.
- Strong background in customer technical support, field application trials, and training delivery.
- Ability to manage customer complaints, conduct investigations, and provide practical solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with proven experience working closely with sales teams and customers.
- Provide on-site technical support to customers, applicators, and sales representatives.
- Conduct field trials and product demonstrations to showcase correct application and performance.
- Deliver technical training sessions to sales teams, contractors, and distributors (Approved Applicator Training).
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints on-site, issuing reports and corrective actions.
- Support sales and marketing teams by providing application advice and assisting during trade shows, seminars, and product launches.
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to adapt global formulations (Epoxy, Polyurethane, PVC adhesives/sealants) for local use.
- Recommend cost-saving opportunities and raw material alternatives to improve competitiveness.
- Monitor stability of developed adhesive products and ensure product quality.
- Rework and optimise out-of-spec batches where necessary.
- Prepare and update technical and safety data sheets for products.
- Write and present technical reports for internal and customer purposes.
