Job Description:Maintaining the group consolidation system, including cash flow statements and various adhoc tasksManage the reporting function in order to produce timeous, high quality group reportingMonthly group reportingMust have hands-on understanding of financial reporting systemsResponsible for the compilation of group budgets and forecastsManage shareholder reporting requirements and deadlinesAssist in reviewing subsidiary companies annual financial statementsEnsure group remains up to date with all IFRS and JSE reporting RequirementsResponsible for preparation of listed entity and group consolidated annual financial statementsQualifications and Skills:CA(SA) – Non-NegotiableMust have minimum 5+ years post articles experienceMust have exposure and experience in a listed entity/environmentMust have experience preparing listed entity group consolidated annual financial statements
