Key Responsibilities:
- Process all invoices upon receipt of signed delivery notes.
- Develop and maintain an effective and organised filing system.
- Handle debtor queries based on remittance advices or as required.
- Send invoices, statements, signed delivery notes, and any other requested documents to customers to ensure timely resolution of queries and facilitate payment.
- Assist in the follow-up of outstanding delivery notes to ensure records are complete and up-to-date.

- Proven experience in a financial administration role (creditors and/or debtors).
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
- Ability to communicate professionally with internal teams and external clients.
- Experience in document management and filing systems.
- Must be able to work independently and meet deadlines.
