Reference No. LB2542Job Description:The Data Analyst will drive data-driven decision-making across various business functions. This role requires expertise in data visualization, statistical analysis, and business analytics to support strategic initiatives in areas such as performance tracking, operational efficiency, and customer insights. The candidate will act as a key partner to cross-functional teams, ensuring data is leveraged to optimize business outcomes, growth, and profitability.Responsibilities:Data Management & Reporting
  • Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms for business functions such as sales, operations, and finance.
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of performance reports across departments and regions.
  • Collect, clean, and transform raw data from ERP, CRM, and other systems into actionable insights.
Business Analytics
  • Conduct trend, variance, and root-cause analyses to identify performance drivers and opportunities.
  • Support forecasting and planning using statistical and predictive modeling techniques.
  • Provide profitability and performance analysis for various business channels or customer segments.
  • Perform customer behavior and market trend analyses to inform strategic decisions.
Strategic Insights
  • Partner with business units to evaluate ROI on initiatives, campaigns, or operational strategies.
  • Build predictive models to assess market trends, customer preferences, or competitive dynamics.
  • Provide insights to optimize processes, resource allocation, or product strategies.
Systems & Tools
  • Develop and manage dashboards with advanced features (e.g., DAX in Power BI, calculated fields in Tableau) and integrate data from multiple sources (ERP, CRM, SQL databases, cloud platforms like Azure or AWS).
  • Leverage tools such as SQL, Python, R, Excel, or SAS for statistical modeling and analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy standards.
Team & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing, Operations, Finance, and IT.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management in clear, visual, and actionable formats.
  • Mentor junior analysts in data handling, visualization, and analytical best practices.
Requirements: Qualification and Skill
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 8–10 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in industries like technology, retail, finance, or consulting.
  • Proven expertise in Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools, SQL, and advanced Excel modeling.
  • Exposure to ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Knowledge of statistical tools (Python, R, SAS, or SPSS) is an advantage.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
