- Day to day management of the team, removing sales roadblocks and handling customer escalations.
- Sales and employee cadence to drive optimum performance.
- Coaching and training for sales staff.
- Define and manage core metrics that you will manage the team against.
- CRM (Zoho) management and reporting to ensure effective sales cycle.
- Work closely with technology team to unlock efficiencies in sales process.
- Achieve the target for FY25.
- Manage campaigns from CRM to drive conversions.
- Work closely with Marketing to execute sales campaigns and promotions.
- Fast-Paced and Target Driven: Sales quotas and deadlines will be a constant factor, requiring strong organisation and the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Customer Focus: Building relationships and understanding client needs are paramount. Expect frequent communication, proposals, and information transfer.
- Teamwork and Collaboration: You'll collaborate with internal sales teams, product specialists, and installers to deliver complete solutions.
- Travel: While not always the case, there might be occasional travel within South Africa or surrounding areas to meet with clients.

- Minimum 2-3 years sales management experience in a B2C focussed environment.
- Proven ability to meet targets and deliver results.
- Ability to work in high-pressure, high-volume environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software (ZOHO is preferred) and Google workspace Suite.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
