This is a high volume B2C sales team that is office bound and does not engage in field sales.Responsibilities include:
  • Day to day management of the team, removing sales roadblocks and handling customer escalations.
  • Sales and employee cadence to drive optimum performance.
  • Coaching and training for sales staff.
  • Define and manage core metrics that you will manage the team against.
  • CRM (Zoho) management and reporting to ensure effective sales cycle.
  • Work closely with technology team to unlock efficiencies in sales process.
  • Achieve the target for FY25.
  • Manage campaigns from CRM to drive conversions.
  • Work closely with Marketing to execute sales campaigns and promotions.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Minimum 2-3 years sales management experience in a B2C focussed environment.
  • Proven ability to meet targets and deliver results.
  • Ability to work in high-pressure, high-volume environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software (ZOHO is preferred) and Google workspace Suite.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
