Are you a seasoned Sales Manager looking to add value within a Company known for producing impeccable results? RecruitCo is hiring a Regional Sales ManagerInherent Requirements:Diploma or equivalent qualificationMinimum 15 years' experience in the full sales cycle, excelling in telesales, deal closing, and contract finalization.The ideal candidate should have a robust track record in various industries, demonstrating significant achievements in business development and salesUnderstanding the industries / clients in the Nelspruit and surrounding areas. * Demonstrate sales success and client lists in the area covering mining, manufacturing, tourism, agricultureMinimum 5 years' experience, at management level, responsible for ensuring the running of a profitable business with bottom line accountabilityExtensive experience in Temporary Employment Services (TES), Perm Recruitment, Headhunting, BPO, or service-related industriesProven success in securing diverse business contracts, delivering impactful results and successful branch / operations within the TES blue collar environmentGood knowledge of the Labour Relations Act (LRA), the TES industry, the Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA), Bargaining Councils and Sectoral DeterminationsPrevious Industrial Relations (IR) experience and good knowledge of IR procedures * Versatile experience across multiple industriesAbility to conduct presentations to secure contracts / Service Level Agreements (SLA)Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environmentExceptional negotiation and persuasive communication skills * Computer literate (MS Office)
  • Valid drivers' license with own reliable vehicle (essential)
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies across different industry sectors
Ensure successful contract negotiations and finalizations, maximizing profitability * Foster strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and sustained growthAnalyze market trends and adapt strategies to maintain competitive edgeManagement of the sales teamBuild and maintain sales to achieve business objectivesSecure appointments and close dealsConduct presentations and prepare costings for clientsPrepare sales reports on pending and closed dealsManage and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, suppliers and clientsIdentify, develop and maintain new business and existing businessEstablish, maintain and grow all business relationships with prospective as well as current clientsReporting any apparent risks known by reporting it to the IR departmentEnsure compliance with all relevant legislation and Company policies in terms of Labour Legislation and Labour Law amendmentsCharacter Traits:
