- Identify and convert small businesses and institutions in need of reliable safety services
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline with a focus on high-impact growth
- Deliver persuasive presentations to decision-makers across sectors
- Develop commercial models tailored to SMME needs (e.g. subscription packages, bundled services)
- Represent the brand at expos, networking events, and in-person engagements
- Relay customer insights to internal teams to enhance service delivery
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- 3–5 years’ experience in B2B or field sales, ideally within the SMME segment
- Strong understanding of the South African small business landscape and safety/security challenges
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage your own pipeline and priorities
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Bonus: Experience selling SaaS or tech-based safety products
