We need a storyteller who can translate deep tech into irresistible content—blogs, webinars, press releases, and short-form video—that brings utilities into our HGI vision.You will focus on:Building trust and thought leadership for our HGI work across utilities and adjacent industriesAmplifying our internal SMEs and capabilitiesParticipating in and growing our customer community forumPartnering with the broader corporate marketing team to amplify our brand across the existing customer baseKey ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & CoordinationTurn demos, research, and operator insights into blog posts, visuals, and social threads that resonate with target utility audiences.Social, Forum & Digital AmplificationOwn our voice across the website, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and our customer community forum—spark dialogue and moderate discussions.Video StorytellingRecord webinars, handle light editing (basic color, captions, trimming), and spin highlights into snackable clips.Webinar & Virtual-Event OrchestrationPlan, host, moderate, and debrief live webinars end-to-end (agenda, speaker coaching, streaming software, post-event nurture).Product-Marketing LiaisonPartner with product managers on launch messaging, battlecards, FAQs, and demo narratives; channel customer/field feedback into the roadmap.Press & Analyst RelationsDraft press releases and track basic coverage/mentions.Brand & Confidentiality StewardshipKeep tone and visuals on-brand; coordinate with the corporate marketing team to extend reach across our enterprise customer base; uphold confidentiality standards at all times.Collaboration RhythmWork async, with ≥5 hours overlap in North American Eastern Time for stand-ups, reviews, and live events.What You BringExcellent written and spoken English—please attach one long-form sample and one social thread.Proven chops in Canva/Figma/Adobe Express (or comparable).Curiosity (or experience) in AI, data, utilities, or climate tech.Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable juggling multiple content streams.Bonus PointsFamiliarity with content-planning tools (Notion, Gsuite).Utility-sector lingo, AI-powered content tools (ChatGPT, Descript), or start-up/scale-up experience.Working Conditions & ComplianceRemote anywhere, with the daily overlap window noted above.Strict adherence to NDAs and data-handling requirements.
