- Process sales orders and quotations accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products
- Maintain accurate sales records and assist with sales reports
- Participate in sales meetings and contribute to sales strategies
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and presentations
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Previous experience in a sales support or coordination role
- Diploma or Higher Certificate in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Experience in the equipment supplier industry will be advantageous
