Are you a skilled Loss Control professional looking for a new opportunity in Limpopo? Look no further! RPO Recruitment's client in the mining industry is currently seeking a Loss Control Superintendent to join their team.Responsibilities:

Develop and implement loss control strategies and programs
Monitor and evaluate safety performance to identify areas of improvement
Conduct safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations
Investigate incidents and accidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
Develop and deliver training programs to promote safety awareness and compliance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement safety policies and procedures
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Safety Management
SAMTRAC
Train the Trainer
Minimum of 5 years experience in SHEQ Management in the mining industry
Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Relevant certification or degree in safety or related field

Benefits

Salary: R950K/yr - R1.1Mil/yr, salary negotiable
