- Admission as an attorney (minimum 2 years post admission experience)
- Conveyancing experience advantageous.
- Candidates must be resident in Cape Town.
- Drafting legal documents.
- Registration and cancellation of securities and conditions on approved business loans, and identifying potential business risks.
- Liaising with clients and intermediaries like attorneys, auditors / insurance brokers in the process of implementing business loans.
- Scrutinizing agreements and other legal documents and structuring loan term sheets.
- General legal advice and guidance, including research topics where applicable.
