RETAIL LEASING MANAGER (12 Month FTC – Project Based)(Area): Umhlanga(Salary): Market Related(Ref: AG)Our client seeks to employ an experienced Retail Leasing Manager to join their team based in Umhlanga.Responsible for all leasing functions, which includes reviewing and negotiating lease transactions, and agreements, lease of the existing and new development retail spaces. Candidates should have an understanding of all government financial regulations and requirements related to the retail / property sector.Matric with Business Qualification would be advantageous such as a Degree / Diploma in Retail Management. Candidates should possess a SACSC Certificate, be registered as well as hold an active FFC (Fidelity Fund Certificate).
