- Independently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organise, and write document sets.
- Analyse and filter data to ensure accuracy and completeness of content created or reviewed.
- Effectively utilise content management platforms to create and/or maintain content including:
- Online editing and publishing platforms
- Docs-like-code tools and workflows, e.g., Git/Github and Redocly
- Obtain a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content.
- Produce user documentation including:
- Overview/feature guides
- Design guides
- Implementation guides
- Support guides
- Ensure all documents conform to style guidelines and are internally consistent.
- Maintain existing content and reference material through:
- Regular updates resulting from stakeholder engagement / feedback.
- Routine reviews of existing product document sets.
- Maintain good working relationships with all key stakeholders, e.g., Business Analysts, Engineering, Product, SMEs, Sales.
- Assist with document reviews as requested by stakeholders.
- Tertiary qualification in a technical field (science, engineering), or demonstrated experience producing written technical content.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar or related role.
- Experience using Google Docs and Word
- Experience with developer tools and platforms such as Github and Redocly
- Strong attention to detail and being organised
