• Responsible for managing the processes applicable to the supply chain activities equipment. Liaise with the Global Supply Chain Office other Procurement Departments.
• Scout new suppliers globally locally in accordance with global guideline and strategy. Coordinate technical teams to qualify suppliers for the manufacturing of products.
• Manage supply risk.
• Develop global manufacturing capability in low-cost countries for standard and non-standard products, bringing the most project-suitable competitive array of worldwide offers.
• Manage and update procedures relative to procurement logistics travel with the aim of reducing costs and time and increase the quality of the outputs.
• Drive global local procurement policies and procedures, by ensuring all procurement activities comply with company procedures and principles and code of conduct.
• Support projects in collaboration with legal entities with appropriate interface, providing information about suppliers, alternatives and commercial conditions to remain competitive.
• Align procurement plan with project plans to enable execution in line with appropriate procurement strategies and approvals in line with procurement procedures.
• Liaise with suppliers and provide support as required to all stakeholders during the project life cycle.
• Responsible for the procurement process including economic negotiations with suppliers. Be the custodian of the relationship with suppliers as well as the purchase order process.
• Collaboration with global procurement develop suitable procurement interfaces, tools, process review and operative strategies to achieve better coordination among different companies, (Information about new potential suppliers, suppliers’ performances, benchmark prices, purchasing families features, etc.) harmonize at worldwide level the procurement process and improve the operative efficiency.
• Drafting of non-disclosure agreements contracts.
• Coordinate and manage employee travel requirements.
• Supply cost estimates and recommendations to marketing projects w.r.t. cost, time and mode of transport for potential projects.
• Compile, execute, maintain, distribute PLP (Project Logistics Plan) awareness/reporting on equipment movement.
• Ensure compliance with packing and delivery standard requirements for equipment.
• Sourcing and evaluation of global local service providers negotiation of rate agreements.
• Record keeping and storage of supply chain documentation in line with ISO requirements.
• Provision of commercial documents in line with country specific rulings.
• Coordinate and manage supply chain employees with emphasis on performance management and career growth.
