Marketing Manager

• Lead a creative team to strategically drive brand awareness and growth.
• Manage all marketing channels, including social media, newsletters, print advertising, and radio campaigns.
• Develop strategies and tactics to boost the company’s reputation and drive qualified traffic.
• Deploy successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.
• Experiment with various organic and paid acquisition channels.
• Build and manage Google Adwords campaigns and measure their success using Google Analytics.
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns against annual goals set by the CEO.
• Oversee and approve marketing material online and in stores.
• Collaborate with the sales and catalogue team to promote specific products and categories.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing management in E-commerce.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or demonstrable marketing skills/knowledge.
• Firm grasp of SEO best practices.
• Digital marketing experience.
• Google Adwords experience.
• Excellent English communication skills (Written, Verbal, Phone).
• Team management skills.
• Understanding of web design and UI/UX principles.
• Bonus: Graphic design/web design skills.
