- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in the travel and tourism industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Experience with running interviews
- Passion for the travel and tourism industry.
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract and hire top talent for various roles within the travel and tourism industry.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organisation.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring process from start to finish.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruiting efforts.
