- Work on a variety of B2B and B2C clients across all marketing and communication channels
- Translate brand strategies into creative strategies, creative concepts and big ideas
- Teach, lead, review and inspire the creative team to develop excellent campaigns from concept through to execution
- Manage art direction and execution for multi-channel initiatives across both large scale integrated projects
- Create and design creative campaigns across all platforms and channels
- Understand complex business problems and strategically apply design thinking to them
- Develop creative plans and design concepts that meet the business objectives of our clients
- Guide the copywriters to create compelling content across all platforms
- Oversee and manage all video production
- Produce digital marketing videos (for use on Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc
- Lead creative sessions and brainstorms for project kick-offs
- Lead and/ support new business pitches
- Lead and drive presentations – both internally and to clients
- Look at new ways of delivering creative solutions, new technology or channels
- Minimum of five years’ experience being a conceptual art director within an agency
- Relevant degree or qualification in related field
- Knowledge of Adobe CC including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator (After Effects is an added bonus)
- Have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Be exceptionally strong conceptually with the ability to think on your feet
- Extensive understanding of the digital landscape
- Show confidence in presenting to clients and building client and team relationships
- Knowledge of motion graphics and video production
- Knowledge of UX and UI design principals
- Show equal understanding of design as well as the written word
- Be able to storyboard or translate ideas to the team and to clients in a visually effective way
