- Design robust systems based on business requirements, collaborating closely with Business Analysts and Solution Architects.
- Provide subject matter expertise on technical solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards.
- Compile detailed technical specifications, considering factors such as scalability, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with Database Administrators to establish efficient table designs and ensure data integrity.
- Cost Containment and Efficiency:
- Contribute to cost efficiencies by responsibly utilizing resources and identifying areas for cost containment.
- Identify and escalate potential risks that may lead to increased costs, and propose process improvements to contain and reduce expenses.
- Follow established processes and procedures to maintain cost efficiencies while ensuring quality outcomes.
- Customer Experience and Satisfaction:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by adhering to quality service standards and promptly resolving customer queries or complaints.
- Interact with internal customers and stakeholders across different levels to ensure their needs are met effectively.
- Propose improvements to internal processes to enhance service levels and overall customer satisfaction.
- Business Process Optimization:
- Continuously optimize work processes by investigating new methods and leveraging technology.
- Provide subject matter expertise on writing change business requirements and technical specifications, contributing to process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and develop solutions that enhance service delivery and quality.
- Minimum Qualification: IT Certification
- Preferred Qualification: Bachelor's degree in information technology.
- Experience Required: 5 years or more in development or business system knowledge.
- NQF Level: 6; NQF Qualification Format: Diploma/Advanced Certificate
