- Tertiary qualification in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing) preferred.
- 3-5 years' experience in production, customer service, sales, or office administration.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Friendly and professional disposition with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team towards shared goals.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software is essential.
- Basic understanding of design principles may be advantageous.
