Tourplan rate loading, checking and general administration.
Ensuring rates, terms & conditions, specials are loaded and accurate in Tourplan.
Calm and professional manner of servicing agents and inhouse consultants.

QUALIFICATIONS AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Tourism related qualification or related field experience.
Previous Tourplan knowledge would be advantageous.

SKILLSREQUIRED AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:

A willingness and aptitude to learn
General knowledge of the tourism or industry terms
Diligence and self-motivation to meet deadlines and keep on top of your job
Attention to detail and strong numerical ability
Systems orientated

The successful candidate should have an enquiring mind, pay attention to detail, be creative and pro-active, ability to work under pressure and have high energy levels.
