RPO Recruitment is currently partnering with a leading construction company in Cape Town to find an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects in Cape Town and ensuring their successful completion.You will work closely with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor project progress. You will be responsible for project planning, risk management, budget control, and ensuring that projects are delivered within scope, on time, and within budget.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the construction industry, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects. Effective communication, problem-solving abilities, and strong attention to detail are essential for this role.Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
Minimum of 8 years' experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry
Proven experience in successfully managing and delivering construction projects
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, codes, and regulations
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
Sound understanding of project planning, risk management, and budget control
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
Proficient in project management software and tools
Flexibility to travel as required
