We're looking for…A Financial Administrator who will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients financial activities while also supporting administrative functions.Who are you?
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data and administrative tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for drafting SLAs and correspondence.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
What's the role?You will be responsible for:Finance Functions:
  • Manage monthly invoicing.
  • Conduct regular reconciliations of financial transactions and revenue collection.
  • Administration of customer information (invoicing correctly, on time and in line with SLA's).
  • Generate and issue invoices to clients accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Process payments and maintain payment records.
  • Assisting with banking (loading of payments, sending proof of payments, downloading statements for accountants and monthly bookkeeping, etc).
  • Preparing monthly management accounts and financial performance metrics for the joint CEO's.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Assisting with Polish and South African banking, in line with security and management policies.
  • Manage banking relationships, transactions, and compliance efficiently.
Administrative Functions:
  • Assist with drafting and documentation for Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with clients.
  • Manage SLA expiry dates to ensure renewals can be completed on time.
  • Assisting with customer queries on Zendesk – our customer help desk
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks along with the rest of the admin team.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation related to finance and administrative activities.
  • Assist in managing office supplies and inventory to ensure availability for smooth operations.
  • Support with scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Provide general administrative support such as data entry, filing, and correspondence handling.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork and orientation activities.
  • Handle team flight bookings, ensuring budget adherence and smooth arrangements.
  • Conduct thorough KYC checks, gather documentation, and maintain records for compliance.
  • Draft, review, and execute NDAs, ensuring clarity and compliance.

  • Matric
  • Tertiary education in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar role in finance or administration is preferred.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Excel) for reconciliations, invoicing, and financial reporting.
