Outbound Call Center Agent

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients who have shown interest in the company's products through social media advertisements.
• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner, building rapport and trust.
• Conduct a needs assessment by asking qualifying questions to determine the client's level of interest and potential fit for the product.
• Transfer interested leads to sales consultants for further follow-up and conversion.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in the company's CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize lead generation strategies and achieve sales targets.

• Previous experience in outbound call center roles or sales environments is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
• Matric/Grade 12, additional education or certifications in sales or customer service is a plus.
