- Managing all calls and emails pertaining to client claims
- Identifying and processing claims using established procedures
- Evaluating damages according to insurer guidelines
- Communicating directly with clients regarding reimbursement proposals
- Utilizing administrative and organizational skills effectively
- Ensuring adherence to procedures at all time
