Job Summary Candidate Requirements:
  • Must have experience in the luxury service industry
  • Must have at least 3+ years of experience in a Senior Chef position
  • Must have a passion for creating fabulous plant-based food
  • Previous experience working in a plant-based kitchen would be highly beneficial
  • Must have communication skills - with guests and fellow staff members
  • Must have good organizational ability
  • Must have lateral thinking ability
  • Must adhere to World Class Hospitality and Service Standards
  • Honest, have good integrity, proactive and driven person who has career ambitions
  • Ensure Kitchen Hygiene standards set
