The ideal candidate will be a digital marketer who focuses on building email lists, creating emails, and nurturing leads through written communications and needs to have a strong writing ability and an understanding of digital media.This is a permanent in-house position with pension fund, risk-benefit, 13th Cheque, etc. Hybrid working model after completion of the probation period (6 months)Job Purpose:Develop and coordinate full-funnel customer journey strategies and manage the implementation thereof on the relevant platforms. Monitor and optimize journeys to achieve set KPI targets.Actively support management to build out CRM strategies guided by market and competitor insights and historic performance. Assist with general marketing administrative tasks and continually strive to optimize processes to work more seamlessly.This role typically involves overseeing and optimizing the entire customer journey, from initial awareness to post-purchase support.
